Thank you for well arrange. We have a wonderful time here during our trip in Malaysia. The guide name Fizan is highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I went to Malaysia in March and did a trip to Taman Negara from Kuala Lumpur with Han Travel. I promised myself on the way back that I would write on here as soon as possible how good the company was because they went over and above for us. I forgot, but at least I am writing it now!

These are the reasons why I can’t stress enough that you should use this company for your experience of Taman Negara:

1) I was really nervy about booking up this experience before we went because it was the one thing we really wanted to do and I was worried about us getting caught out by a dodgy company. We aren’t backpackers and haven’t done anything like this before. I must have sent them about 10 annoying emails before we confirmed our booking triple checking that all the prices were correct and that there were no hidden costs. There were none!

2) We then arrived in KL and went to pay for our excursion, but my bank kindly blocked my card. The woman was so understanding and could see we really wanted to go, so agreed in this exception to take payment on the day of our excursion.

3) We booked the tour with the elephant experience (so worth it for only £5 as you travel up to the rainforest a different way which means you don’t repeat your journey on the way back, you get to ride, feed and bathe the elephants and we also went to Deerland which offers more than the name suggests!).

4) It transpired there were only 4 of us doing that particular excursion on that day, so we travelled by mini bus, stopped for a comfort break whenever we wanted, had bags of room, and weren’t hustled around the attractions like you would be if you were in a big group.

5) The food they provide (every breakfast, lunch and dinner you need) was the most authentic we had on the whole holiday and so tasty!

6) When we arrived in the rainforest all activites were conducted in groups no larger than 20 (most no more than 10), and they tended to be the same people so you built a bit of a relationship.

7) You could ‘top up’ your excursion with additional treks, night walks and 4×4 jeep rides for really reasonable prices.

8) They were experts. There wasn’t a plant, animal or bug they didn’t know everything about.

– the elephant experience. It’s only about £5 more and otherwise you just spend a whole day travelling there from KL and the route is the same on the way back so you don’t miss out on anything.

– worry too much about security of your items and how much to take with you. There was one couple with the biggest suitcase I’ve ever seen and they managed to get that on the little boats! Rooms are pretty safe, but it wouldn’t be detrimental to your experiences to carry your cash around with you.
– Worry about poisonous snakes etc. There is nothing deadly just a few spiders that aren’t too pleasant. We did share a room with a small lizard but he was quite cute!

Canopy walkway is awesome! Bought incredible artifact from village and had great group. Highly recommended adventure!

More than expected!! We are a group of 12 visit Taman Negara last 14 Oct 2016. We thought we couldn’t see any widlife in Taman Negara. (A lot if review on tripadvisor said that). But during our stay in Taman Negara, our guide offer a very late night jungle walk at 11PM and we spot a group of deer (more than 10), wild board at the tower and leopard cat during the walk. There is a mouse deer are very close to us when we are on the way return. Our guide told me the male sambar deer not easy to spot now a day. It’s lucky day and never forget experience!!

Travelled from Penang with two other families and kids. We didn’t expect much. But our stay turned out to be satisfactory. Great natural rainforest and clean air. Room condition is good and clean. Buffet dinner is better than expected. Breakfast needs improvement. Service is ok. Will consider to come again.

Stayed in this resort for 2 nights. Room was nice, food was fairly alright, and staff was friendly too. Have some interesting treks around the area and you could actually go. However for those who plan to sign up for tours, please check with them whether it is the good for the weather. It will not be worth it to join the tour if it’s rain. Overall, good job Han Rainforest Resort for providing a comfortable stay.

Lata Berkoh (highly recommand)和 Night Safari。有看到一個Real Inner Jungle Trip, 好像還不賴,明年打算越朋友一起去。

Taman Negara – the place itself is quiet exciting considering it is a 130 million years old virgin rainforest. After reading up a lot on this place and the reviews, we decided to book our trip with Han Resort and I am so glad it was wortg every penny. The resort itself is beautiful, rooms are clean and all facilities are available. Food was part of the package and it was buffet at all times. Loved it.
