Malaysia Urban Retreat Festival (MURFEST)

The Malaysia Urban Retreat Festival (MURFEST) is a health and wellness festival where participants can learn about living a full and healthy life through nutrition, exercise, and emotional balance. The three-day festival brings together over 30 world-class master trainers in various fields of expertise who will lead and conduct more than 80 workshops and talks on topics related to health and wellness. Sarawak International Dragon Boat Regatta 2016

The event in Sarawak attracts huge global participation and promotes local tourism at the same time. Ironman Langkawi

Ironman Langkawi is among the world’s most challenging single-day endurance test consisting of a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km cycle and a 42.2 km run circuit. The triathlon begins with an ocean swim at the picturesque white sandy beaches of Pantai Kok, then continues with a gruelling bike course along the rolling hills of Datai and the fringes of Kuah Town. Athletes will then endure a scenic but tough run along the Langkawi International Airport towards the finish line at the stunning Cenang beach.

Raja Muda Selangor International Regatta

The Raja Muda Selangor International Regatta is a challenging offshore & inshore sailing race organised every year by the Royal Selangor Yacht Club in association with the RORC and consists of three overnight passage races, 260 miles in total, plus 3 days of harbour racing in Penang and Langkawi. The event attracts a large variety of yachts, from top class IRC1 racers to slow classic cruisers dating back over 100 years, all of whom had to cope with unpredictable weather and changing tactics during the 9 day mix of races past tropical islands.
